Freefly Coaching by Nigel H.

I had some really good freefly coaching by Nigel Holland in Empuriabrava a couple of weeks ago.

Was very much filling in the gaps (large) in my freeflying skills, with a good brief, excellent in-air skills and a good video debrief. I don't have any hesitancy recommending him as a coach.
