1st time and now looking for more

Did my first tandem jump on saturday.  Not bad considering that I was only going along to support a couple of people.  Big thanks to Mick and Shane, and whoever the guy was who jumped at the same time as me.

Trying to convince my boss that taking clients skydiving instead of to traditional sporting events is a good idea.

Planning to come back in March to do a charity jump, if not before.

Hi Anya,

Glad you enjoyed your first jump. Make sure you also join our facebook page and group for updates and pictures.

Look forward to seeing you again in March :0)

Hi Anya,

Just looked at your post. If you're going to come back to do another jump in March (which you really should!) and you want to make it more of a 'real' skydiving experience rather than just a more exhilerating version of a fairground ride, then do level 1 AFF instead of a tandem. If you liked jumping strapped to someone else then you will be completely hooked after doing it 'on your own' (with an instructor on either side of you of course!!). You can do level 1 as a charity option too.

The thought of throwing myself out of a plane is rather more scary though.  Tandem is so much easier.

:-) It's quite scary whichever way you do it! I did AFF so first time I jumped out of a plane was with an instructor on either side of me and although I was completely terrified, there was never any chance that I wasn't going to get out of the plane. By that stage in your training getting out of the door is simply the next step.

Enjoy it whatever you decide to do.
