Tracking Weekend 12th-13th July

Got anyone in mind for load organising the tracking?

Is that an offer???

To make this event as successful as last years we gotta get it advertised and get some coaches...we struggled last year with 5 if I remember. Awesome response 60 people ish??

Hib just had a tracking, Hybrid, Hoop, tube weekend ...brilliant must say... Atmanauti (?) could be added to the list

I dont want to name people who could be organisers in case they dont want to this year but you could get Ash to put a post on face book?

Would be useful (for me at least) to have some newbie jumps organised  ie. coaching and then some small way tracking dives.

I will be contacting some friendly faces for coaching. there will be smaller groups organised, as for hoop jumps.. that doesnt seem to be a problem, will have to make sure the powers that be are OK with it mind you!!

As for organisers, we have loads of people at Weston who are more than qualified to organise and coach tracking and the likes but anyone is welcome to come down and be part of it, as far as I am concerned the more the merrier!!!

I think that there are plenty of people at weston who can organise good tracking dives but it depends on whether you want to attract people from elswhere or if you just want a weston tracking weekend.I think many people would be put off if they don't see familiar experienced load organiser's names advertised.I can organise some loads if necessary but I'm by no means an authority on tracking or higher angled stuff like Atmo or tracing (which I agree should be included).I think the right names will fill planes and result in a good quality and progressive event. I recommend Mike Carpenter and Andy Newell again!! They are at the cutting edge and are good coaches.

Everyone is welcome! I hope to entice George Pilkington to the event...watch this space..  At least one more organiser will be needed so any suggestions will be welcome.

There will be a BBQ and party (theme TBC) on the Saturday night.\

Registraion is 5 Pounds including the cost of the BBQ. The earlier you register the more things I can look at organising.

You should get a poster done, those posters for the big way rocked whoever did them was a design god. Dave  "The only gay in the village."

Are you planning to advertise this in the mag etc? is that what Ash et al want? I know lats time we attaracted people from Hib, Hinton, Sibson etc so was really nice

 I have been told to let people know that at least 2 of the people on this list will be celebrating their birthdays on this weekend so there is another excuse for coming!

Due to most of the tracking coaches being unavailable the tracking weekend is cancelled. everyone is too busy! Those of us that are still up for it will be here playing so come along anyway.
