End of Season Party

The date for the end of season party is the 29th November starting at 7.30pm in the Ben Jonson pub.

Food will be Hog Roast with a selection of buffet food and desserts.

Ticket price will be announced shortly and will include food + free first drink

Dress is black tie or suit for the guys and dresses for the girls

Transport will start to leave the clubhouse at 7.15 on the Saturday and return transport from 12.30 back to the clubhouse.

Tickets wil go on sale this weekend and limited to 100 people :0)

Disco has been organised to cheesy tunes throughout the evening

The party is open to everyone

We hope everyone can make it!

Hi all,

Well this weekend is our End of Season Party. Ticket sales have gone past the allocation so the night is set to be awesome.
We have been to the Ben to make sure everything is ready and Pink Champagne, the Hog, Chocolate Fountain and cheesy DJ are all ready for us.
The bar will be open, in the Clubhouse, before we start transporting people to the Ben in the minibus from 7pm. Please use the minibus instead of parking, at the Ben, as there is limited room. The return transport will be at 12.30am, where we will continue drinking and partying at the Club.
Please make sure you have your tickets as these will get you into the Ben and also allow you your first drink for free! No ticket, unfortunately no drink or access. Those that still owe for tickets, please make sure you pay me or Vanessa before you go to the Ben.
We have made sure there are plenty of veggie options for the non meat eaters amongst you.
Please also remember the dress code, Black Tie or Suit for the guys, Dresses for the ladies.
See you all Saturday night ( or day if you want to brave the freezing weather to jump)!!!!
