Static line/ RAPS/ One-jump courses

ONE JUMP RAM AIR PROGRESSION SYSTEM (RAPS) COURSES

Recommended for those who have a possible interest in continuing with the sport. This also gives heavier people (up to 99kg / 220lbs) the opportunity to experience a parachute descent.

The 1st day of each course will consist of ground training in preparation for the parachute jump. Your descent will be made using the Static Line deployed parachute (the parachute is deployed automtically as you exit the plane) from a minimum of 3,200 feet over the Drop Zone (DZ) at Weston on the Green.

All courses take place at weekends commencing at 0830 hrs on the Saturday.

The course costs from £175 per person when 6 or more book. Military personnel and cadets are entitled to a discounted rate. Additional jumps for RAPS are £35 for military and £35 for civilian jumpers.
